Membership Terms

Membership is offered as an annual pass or one-time purchases only. There is no monthly recurring billing — no MRR. The Annual Pass ($149/yr) grants access to the full library for one year. A La Carte purchases ($15–$47) and Multi-Format Bundles ($49–$149) are permanent — you keep what you buy forever.

Intellectual Property

All content on Journal Venue — eBooks, audiobooks, journals, workbooks, podcasts, toolkits, and AI-generated products — is owned by Journal Venue and its creators. Members receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and use purchased products. Copying, redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing any content is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: scrape or automated-extract content from the platform; clone, duplicate, or reverse-engineer any product or the platform itself; share your account credentials with others; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Violations result in immediate account termination without refund.

Limitation of Liability

Journal Venue is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or its content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or membership in question.

Cancellation Policy

The Annual Pass is annual — access continues until your term ends, with no recurring charges. One-time purchases are permanent and cannot be cancelled. Digital products carry a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. DFY projects are refundable until production begins; deposits are non-refundable after the kickoff briefing.
